When you have done the last step your cube will look like the below given picture. This picture is for your guidance only. The colors may be different.
There could be three possible patterns the top corners can make. It's very difficult to explain in this view so that I come up with the below given patterns. If you notice the first two images you can find a similarity between them that their top front sides are filled with the same color cubies (RED).
O.K here I will explain you what to do? Examine the cube and try to find whether you have got two top corners with same color cubies side by side. If you have one like given in the picture just hold the cube like in the picture and do the move, I am giving below as many times until you get the cube solved. Most probably within four times you will get the cube solved. In this example consider green as front.
Even you don't find one don't worry about it just hold the cube the same way and do the move, I am sure, you will get the same colored corners side by side. Now you have side by side the same color so do the move until your cube get solved.
